MINI for Special Events

Aloha folks!-

I am seriously thinking about purchasing a MINI to support our disaster education and outreach programs for my emergency management office in Hawai'i.

I've owned an MCS since July '04 and am convinced that the "people appeal" would make the car a great attraction at public venues or special events. Plus it's small enough to drive into shopping malls and department stores

I am looking for any forum members who could forward to me images of theirs or anyone else's MINIs that are graphiced as rolling advertisements for businesses etc. I'm attempting to build a file of images that I can use for designs and to "sell" the idea to our budget and fiscal folks.

I would be particularly interested in any images of MINIs (US or foreign) that are being used for law enforcement or emergency services. I saw one image a few months ago of a MINI being driven by a police department in Washington State.

Please feel free to reply to this thread or directly to my e-mail at jcummings@honolulu.gov.

Aloha!

I have a pic from Munich during Oktoberfest of a Police MINI. I will have to dig it up.

Email me at chatzis@comcast.net with a reminder as it is on my work machine.
