Harmonic dapmner help please

Hey guys, i have a 06' r50 mini hatch and my car shakes violently and ive narrowed it down to my crank pulley/harmonic dampner. I replaced the pulley but to no avail it still wobles like crazy and shakes my entire car. New belt just went on still did not fix the problem. All the other pulleys are solid and stable when in rotation. No one can seem to figure it out ive posted on reddit and ive done quite a lot of google searching and cant find anything. I have a video of it wobbling like crazy but cant seem to add it. It only shakes the car at idle. At any other rpm it feels much smoother.

Are you throwing any codes, engine light on?

Maybe you are getting intermittent coil failure. Try unplugging the coil primary leads and spray the contacts with electrical cleaner. (not the spark plug wires)
Also the coil may be shot.
Other things: Burnt valves, worn out valve guides, failing injectors, or dirty injectors, broken rocker, worn out cam lobe, broken cam chain tensioner, etc, etc.

How would those things cause the end of my crankshaft to wobble like that? I could maybe understand how timing might affect it but dirty injectors? Slightly confused? And btw what are the odds of my crank being bent?

If one cylinder is dead for any reason, the whole engine will shake.

One cylinder has to be completely dead then cus its a constant vibration and it smooths almost completely out once on the gas. The car is still relatively fast and i dont see it behaving that way on only 3 cylinders. My compression is good on all of them i tested it not too long ago just for s***'s and gigs when i changed my plugs which it did it before i changed those too. Basically what would cuase a dead cylinder at idle but not on the throttle?

OK, I have given you plenty to find out. Now get a OBD2 code reader on it and see what codes are showing an we can go from there.
This has also happened when the clutch, or pressure plate have got issues. It can be so many things and if you can not find it, you will need to find an Indie shop that knows Mini Cooper to look at it for you.
If it is sending codes, we could help you here more.

When you say it wobbles are you meaning the damper is actually wobbling when the engine is idling or is it turning smoothly but the engine is shaking?
