Okay, okay, I meant I was still thinking of what to put on my license plate before I could name my MINI. Anyways I think I shall name her Charlotte Sometimes after one of my fave Cure songs, and on my plate I think I'll use sickmod

 

Well I haven't picked up my BRG MCS but so far I am leaning towards Norbert. Norbert was Hagrids dragon in Harry Potter. I guess it will depend on how he/she acts. :smile:

 

It does seem that these cars develop their own personalities, I see them more as "creatures" than cars! My "Tabby" is short for Ms. Tabasco, cuz she's red, she's hot, she's spicy! She's not just a car, she's a member of the family!

 

My MINI is so MIGHTY, I call him MightyMite. :smile:

 

Only have about 500 miles, but will probably go with "Thor" unless the car's personality reveals itself to be decidedly un-Thor-ish.

Well... we've gone with a Jetson's theme.

a) Defective 2001 Mercedes C240 we named Rosie (had lots of features but none worked right... a lot like Rosie the maid)
b) 2002 BMW 525i named Cosmo (i.e. arch-enemy of spacely sprockets that Jetson worked for)
c) 2003 MINI Cooper S is named Orbit. :smile:

Thanks for the warm welcome, MINIclo! Yes, "barky" might end up on the license plate, as that is what my hubby calls me. Although it could be confusing having both me and my Mini going by the same name.

Hey, Barky! I consider MINIclo my alter-ego and my friends call me Clo or MINIclo...it's not confusing...it's kinda fun! How about MINIARF on the plate? LMAO!

I plan on calling my nav system Diane (all you Peaks Freaks will know what that's about).

 

I named mine Lucy. When I got her I was still learning to drive a stick, so when she stalled or anything like that I could yell, "Lucy you got some 'splaining to do!"

 

My baby's been named Winnie since the day I ordered her!

 

I have never named any car before. I usually think of cars as feminine, so a female name would be appropriate. However the MINI is no ordinary car to me.

In addition, a New Order song came to mind thinking about my MCS. So if I had to name it, it would be "Blue Monday"

Dunno why I see the MCS as male and the Cooper as female, I guess 'cos the cooper has a prettier face without that big bull nose.

Anywho, my MCS is called RAID, because of all the bugs he kills.
