Is anyone running the rear C-Pillar Rear Reinforcement Brace?

Curious if anyone has or is running this rear C-pillar reinforcement bar on their car......

Is it worth it? Did you notice any difference?

I can certainly tell the difference. Making the boot infinitely less useful for grocery shopping and picking up a few cases of wine.

Seriously I am highly skeptical it does anything for handling except making the cash payload lighter.

without a center point to connect to most braces like that will just pivot and flex on the bolts they are assembled with.

DDM Works makes a triangular brace that uses a third mounting point on the floor which may be a bit better option.

But as to how much of the body flex it will help with, without doing a FEA or actually measuring it's just a guessing game or a placebo?

Good reply....I like it...LOL

We don't do grocery shopping in this car, and I figure if I was to do this to my Mini, I could probably make one myself for under $30....the $120 price tag from eBay is a little ridiculous in my book......

I found the front strut tower bar for $88 with shipping on eBay....I'll post pics when I get it next week and installed

I have one... with my M7 Front Strut Brace (combination) I think there is some difference, for $100-ish not too bad and it is adjustable. Doesn't hurt.
