More of my pictures from the Ring

Well, since I couldn't submit my pics for the new calendar (not in North America :( ), here are my pics from the Nürburgring Nordschleife on 24.10.2004

Talk about lucky

Sorry, it seems the POS server is having a very hard time coping with the demand. :( Please try reloading or right clicking and selecting "show picture".

Thanks for the pictures. Beautiful fall trees in Germany.

Your DS/W MCS looks great- very lowered and huge wheels!
The EB checkerboard top MCS is all decked out for the track with rollbar, big brake kit in the front and race seats. It's got two sets of extra bonnet vents cut out and blended in with race stripes.

The Lotus seven spinout was scary, bet you could hear it clearly

Not my car ... it belongs to a guy named Dino. I've posted pics of it before though. There's a big one here - http://www.damajoo.com/phpBB2/files/..._1280x1024.jpg

I'm still waiting for my MCS to be built in January (waiting for the LSD)

It's another Mini built by these folks http://www.autohausschaefer.de/mini-clubsport/

Yep, was right in front of me. The guy was extremely lucky as there was pretty much zero run-off room and the spin was quite fast. I had a spin in my 330Ci that ended less than 1 inch from the Armco, so I know how the guy must have been feeling.

Never seen the louvered hood scoops before... nice. I'll be over there next year. Trying to find a good rental car to take on the course.

Do people "graffati" the track? Lots of word on the pavement.
