Hi Adrian
I got a 2001 Volvo V40 T4 200hp. I installed a WOT Box by N2MB for launch control and a second limiter. The Car has the Siemens EMS 2000.

The Wot Box is cutting ignition to stay at a certain RPM. When doing that the ECU cuts hard and goes in limp mode for a short moment (~0.5 seconds). This way the limiter and launch control won’t work.

The Ecu is giving me the error codes ignition coil 1 & 2 and misfire. How does the misfire detection work (knock sensor?)? Is it possible to decode or disable the misfire detection?
