I've spent some time thinking about this and I believe I've been over thinking this situation. If I slap the front wheels back on the rotors, I should be able to use a tow dolly to tow it home.
I still came up with a couple pretty creative solutions. This is obviously the first option. As long as enough of the front mechanicals remain you should be able to bolt stuff back together and do this without much trouble.
Went back to take a closer look. The sub frame is still on the car. The front struts are off of the rotor assembly. So I'll need to get the bottoms of the front struts seated, pinch bolt, remount the brake calipers, and connect the tie rods and it will be ready to roll.
