Really like the wheel style, didn't know 17x9s would fit.

Hey that's Ol' Blue! Yep they look huge but the rear bumper is so much higher than the front/side of these cars that they're actually even with the fronts. So making them even + trying to get them down enough to try to keep all of the crap that gets slung on the rear to a minimum.

And they're just the Rally Armor universal flaps so it's completely DIY which would suit your needs to give it your own look. If you end up doing it and need any ideas on where to mount them I'd be more than happy to show you what I did. Having said that, if you rebuilt a 996 motor I think you'll be a million times more capable than me.

Hey bav.
Yea there are some guys running 9.5 and 10 inch wheels on their mini but with a lot of modification. I almost got the konig feathers just like urs but notice there are way too many mini with them. We could of been twins

I'm running 215/40/17. I wanna run 45 series tires but I don't want to start rubbing. Currently it's not rubbing anything. But then again I haven't lowered it. They said to go with 205/45/17 but I don't wanna stretch it that crazy. Idk I may try it once these tires wear down

Funny that you say that because I was trying the same thing. Even got the OEM fronts and found some of the rare rear mud flaps only to find out they only fit the non S bumper. Sooo I'm sticking with the rally armours for now. The front has some solid mounting points but the rear needs some work since there's not much back there to tap in to.

Well, I wish I knew but i can honestly say I have no idea. So I'll either let some one else fill me in or wait for the installed pics to get put up.

P.S.- I have a feeling when I find out I'm going to feel pretty dumb for not knowing..

Looking good! The wing goes really well with the black wheels/hood. For the headliner have you thought about blacking out the handles and other bits up there?

Looks like a FUbrication carbon wing. How was the fit? On my install there were issues with gaps between the brackets and inside the hatch where it gets bolted on both sides. You can see it in the pic below. I had to make 1/4"-3/8" spacers to fill them.

I also noticed the foam between the glass and end plates. Did your wing come with that? I had to make my own.

Hi RB-MINI
The wing fit perfectly. I used the washer that came with the kit. As for the foam my came with it so I didn't have to modify anything

Just as an alternative suggestion, you can use a vinyl spray paint. It's basically a vinyl stain. It's a paint designed to adhere to plastics. You can get it at Autozone. Just need to scuff them up prior to painting them. Use a lot of light coats, don't do one big coat. I've done this before with it for the interior roof parts on a buddies car.

Thanks Luccia!

I will definitely look into that after work. Also I found that the jcw and 05+ super charger are the same other then the pulley. But I got this brand new alta pulley I can throw on either charger

You're very welcome. It lasts pretty well if you prep the interior bits well and do multiple light coats. If you decide to go that route just let me know as I'd be happy to help as best as I can. Good to hear about the supercharger and confirming what you'll need. Happy that'll work well for you.
