I striped my own Mini

When I bought my mini ('02 non s 72k miles) the striping was terrible, so I tore the front ones off and re-did them with a bit of flare, and added some to the back.

Did the rear ones from scratch.

My headlights change here, bought some projectors by spec d tuning.

Black reflective pinstripe from work so they see me coming.

Not sure what I am missing now, but I know I want more.

Nicely done! I like the way you kept the COOPER lettering and striping intact on the boot.

I have to say, removing it was quite a pain, but it was worth it.

Congrats, Nice to see an 02' in great shape. The stripes fade after years and years. I just have redone mine from the traditional stripes in white to Dual sport stripes , really improved the looks.

Old stripes, which were not that bad , but were faded up close.

When I repaint my hood, I'm going to paint the stripes right on. Hopefully that will stop the fading seen with the traditional sticker. I really like the rear stripes. It almost makes me wish I had to paint the rear hatch as well so I could add them.
