Harness angles would be wrong, and running true harnesses in stock seats is a bad idea, not only due to the seat being unable to withstand the forces, but the belts won't be positioned properly.
You need to run either a harness bar or a cage with proper seats.

Proper way linked in PDF below. If you go with Schroth quick fit.

Thats the best option for everyday use. If its a track car only, then roll cage and a proper hook ups

cant run a cage/ harness bar becuase i sometimes use the backseats for transport and or when people need a ride.

Schroth quick fits will be your best option, please don't try to run harnesses on stock seats and not use a harness bar.

I have yet to put harnesses in my track/dd car due to not having the proper equipment installed in the vehicle to have the harnesses installed safely/properly. I cannot tell you how many people I know that run harnesses in their cars that are very unsafe and improperly installed. Are you talking about the stock seat adjuster (what moves you forward and back)? I know that even Sparco's street application seats most likely still require base/brackets. Have someone here that used to work for them and he confirmed.

If you are going through all of that extra effort for protection, then I would suggest that you not use slider, especially with a non-stock seat that they have not been tested with. I have seen track cars that have been in an accident and the sliders failed leaving the seat unsupported. The track groups I run with recommends hard mounting when installing a race seat.
On the other hand the Quickfit have been tested and are DOT approved to work with the stock seats. These are a great option for cars that are also DDs. They make two versions and the Pro version is compatible with Hans devices. They mount to the stock seat belt mounting locations and use the stock buckle parts which makes them a simple installation.

You didn't say, but do I assume correctly that you want to put a roll cage, racing seats and racing harness because you track your car? A racing harness needs to be at least a 5 point attachment otherwise it is dangerous as you can submerge underneath it in an accident which will cause serious injury and possibly death. They also don't work with the air bags. So, they actually can be more dangerous and less protection than the stock belts. Lastly they are not legal in most states (not DOT approved) that require seat belts to be used and are used by police as an excuse to pull you over...
The Quick Fits are DOT legal and they do prevent submerging under them by working with the stock seatbelt system and they are designed to work with the air bags. Much safer than a race belt for an otherwise stock car and big improvement over a stock belt.
