Replacing clutch/flywheel, what else should I replace while its apart

Doing clutch/flywheel, any suggestions as to what else would be replaced while i've got the car apart. Dealer suggests replacing flywheel collar screws, clutch guide tube (?). Thinking of doing the rear main seal and trans input seal, also read something about clutch release arm bushings. Any other ideas? Also doing crank position sensor gasket/sealant as its leaking like a sieve.

Also wanted to mention that I got clutch kit and DMF flywheel from RockAuto for $366.

Hope you mean you got the flywheel conversion kit to replace the DMF. Rock does have a great price I purchased it not long back. If your Mini does not have the LSD you might consider picking one up, I found a Low miles OEM LSD to replace my open differential that I had in my 2004 MCS. Its an easy swap while the tranny is apart for the clutch and a nice performance upgrade.

I did the rear main when I did mine about a month ago.
