having read a previous thread about a prism lens attached to the upper portion of the drivers side windscreen that lets you see traffic lights without leaning way forward made by a company calling themselves Lightinsight,I decided to give it a try and I'm glad to say it works fantastically! It definately takes some getting used to, as you see tree tops and street lights that you wouldn't see otherwise, but all in all a very satisfactory experience.Despite the companies LOOOONG lead time(3-4 weeks) to get you the product, and what I consider to be a rather exorbitant shipping and handling charge (considering an envelope and a 37 cent stamp),all in all ,I would definately recommend this product to any and all who, like me , have a problem seeing traffic lights without breaking your neck.It even transfers to your multiple windshields easily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful!!! Thanks for the tip! This has been an annoying characteristic of the MINI due to the seating position/windscreen angle. The fact that the lightinsight is so easily removed makes it much more desirable.

I'll vouch for the LightInSight also. It rules... every MINI owner should have one!

Unable to see the traffic light can be a nuisance. Lightinsight is a good solution to the problem. I'll be ordering one! Thanks for sharing the info!

I've had one for quite a while now and like it very much, though there is a slight down side: you also pick up the sun when it's in front of you and above the windshield level, which can be a bit annoying. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

I've had one for months and I love it. Cheap, effective, and really
solves the problem with minimal intrusion.
