Cam, header, larger fuel injectors and a tune. Or you could just go with a tune with what you have, you will see a nice gain with the tune.

What do you think I could reach with the header exhaust and bigger injectors with a tune?...and how are the hags hosting up to cams?

I don't want to quote HP gains and start a firestorm of debate but with some research on this forum you can find actual dyno numbers from members that have had their cars tuned.

responding to this "and how are the hags hosting up to cams?" I am not 100% sure what you are asking. Cams can be installed DIY with some research you can find great how to write ups. I installed my own and had never done anything like that before but I talked with many that had and got good advice and felt prepared for the task.

When you start forcing a lot more air into your engine you are going to eventually exceed the fuel capability of your injectors hence the need to go bigger. Once you go over 380cc you need a tune, no ifs ands or buts on this.

Headers simply free up the exhaust air leaving your engine. Together with a cam, injectors and a tune you will see a huge difference in available power. You should easily crossover the 200 hp mark.

Once you do all this, you will really benefit from upgrading your motor mounts (upper and lower) I also did the Powerflex Transmission bushing. All this keeps the engine and transmission from rocking. This will de-stress your flex coupler on the header and should prevent it from failing.

I hope this helps.

Haha, that makes even more sense now!

I have not had any issues with the cam nor am I aware of anyone that has. I am a big believer in upgrading without sacrificing reliability. Before you get too far with your mods make sure you have replaced your crank pulley and belt tensioner. These are not sexy mods but are necessary due to high failure rates. Do not replace your crank pulley with a solid version, ATI or RMW have options that maintain the dampening needed to prevent bearing wear and failure. You can buy a belt tensioner on Amazon for around $79.00.
