Rear DS seat doesn't lay down
 

On the drivers side back seat when you use the latch it doesn't open up. How can I remove the seat cover in order to access the inner works and repair the cables?

I had this issue and was lucky enough to see the end of the cable and grab it. I did this for about a week until I realized it just came out and nothing broke. I re-seated the cable end into the latch handle and never had an issue again.
