when I am turning the wheel the elctricity goes away for a second, and all the pointers are shaking. Here you can see a video about the error. Do you have any idea, what could cause the problem?

I think your power steering pump maybe causing the problems. I would take it to the dealer or MINI specialist and see what they say.
