Regulator comes with everything you see in the picture, those other part I talked about about are for specific issues like rattle or if someone broke the bottom alignment supports.

Most regulators come with everything except the motor ( unless listed in the description ), and those bottom regulator supports. Also dependent on year they can come with additional screws.

For you problem ( with the grinding ) and getting the new regulator as a whole , you should be fine to complete the job as mentioned above.

Thanks and I hope that helps.

I just recently acquired my mini, and when I bought it, all the windows were tinted except the passenger door window. It didn't roll up or down very well and was out of alignment. Somebody had obviously been in there before and messed something up. I tore it apart yesterday and had found that one of the cables came off of a pulley and was riding between the pulley and the rail. After a little detective work and a few choice words, I got it back together and it works beautifully now. Pelican Parts has an excellent write up on replacing the regulator. 4 bolts, 6 screws and 3 clips and the whole thing's out. I'd take the old one out and look at it first and see what you can find before I'd throw parts at it. Good luck.

Did it come in a box? When I ordered mine if I remember correctly I think that the screws came in a clear plastic bag, since the box had protective material I made sure that I had everything before getting rid of it, call ECS I'm sure that they can correct the problem you can always reuse the old screws, I saw you YouTube video and I think that your motor it's fine and your regulator it's messed up I don't think that you are supposed to see that cable so clearly trough the hole like that, you should be fine with the regulator you are lucky that you are able to lower your window that way you can reach the pegs and take them out without any issues, I wasn't so lucky.
