For the last week or so, I tried to contact Randy via email, posting on WMS, and even left several messages. But unfortunately, no response at all. I understand that he is very busy, but I have several questions regarding the upcoming PP in Portland. What's the best way to get a hold of him?

Be patient. Randy can be hard to get hold of, but once you get him he is more than willing to spend the time to sort out your issues and requests. Try calling him in the morning each day.

 

Have you joined his webbmotorsports forum? You can often get a speedy response by sending him a PM. Also much of what may be needed to know about PP's are on his forum. There is a section and string typically dedicated to each PP on the forum.

Enjoy the event, it was way cool the Detroit one.

 

I posted on WMS PP forum as well as PMed Randy on WMS, but so far no luck.

Before custom mapping with Unichip ECU, I want to make sure that all the mods are upgraded on the car. Some of the parts I still have to order, which takes time to ship and install. Since the PP in Portland is only one week away, I'm running out of time. I wish there's an easier way to contact Randy.

When I need Randy I just keep calling the tech line until I get him. Sometimes it takes a couple calls, but once I get him I have him to myself until we figure out the best possible mods for my needs!

Usually takes no more than 2 calls in the afternoon to get him but I am rarely in an incredible rush and the wait is worth it for the top-notch personalized service!

He's a one man operation most of the time. Calling is key. Again and again.

He may go on several trips for pulley install parties each month so you might catch him away from his shop.

Or you could move next door to him.

 

If I lived next door I would have one fantastically set up MINI and creditors knocking at my door to repossess it!
