Hey guys, I have an 04 S, and all of a sudden there is a crushing, screeching noise coming from my front passenger wheel. Every time I turn the steering wheel - in either direction - this noise happens. I have been told by someone (not sure how knowledgable he was) that it may be the shock and strut assembly.

Before I take it to another mechanic shop, I wanted to give this a try and see if anyone has had experience with this. Thank you in advance!

 

its prob just a ruber bushing at the top of the sturt mount. pop the hood and take a look at it see if its cracked or worn. and with with some one turning the wheel put your ear close to the mount to see if it really is just the rubber.

 

You couldn't hear a dump truck driving through a nitro glycerin plant.... Haha

In all seriousness I agree with Greekdrifter... Sounds like a strut mount.
