What to take out of interior?

I'm looking to cut a little weight out of my car, and don't have the change to turn my car into a carbon fiber machine, what are somethings I can do to cut weight out of my car?

Depends on your commitment level to weight shaving.

Easy Mode:
Rear Seats, toolkit in the boot, etc.

Hard Mode:
AC Compressor, floor mats, carpet, headliner, dash, glovebox, trim pieces, light weight battery, etc.

back seats..... all the insulation from the inside of the doors and dash..... list goes on and on. all depends on how much you are really set on parting with lol

First step...i would ditch the "s-lites" rims in your signature....the change will lighten the car, and improve performance the most....remember, removing rotating mass is about 4 times the gain performance wise as non rotating mass.....
S-lites are strong, and very cheap on the used market, but are often used as winter rims due ro their significant heft....

Can someone explain why that is? I am talking about rotating mass making more of a difference than non rotating mass? Not that I don't believe Zippy, he's got very good stuff to say, I am more curious as to why.

its physics.... it takes more torque to move heaver rotating masses.... try holding a sledge hammer at the base and swing it with 1 arm.... then holdit rigth next to the head of the sledge hamemr and repeat... what one is easier? same prinicple.... its all torque... weight x distance, lighter wheels and rubber will make it feel so much better, same with wheel bearings fly wheel and clutch

I think it's 1-2 hp for every 100lbs removed.
I stripped my old celica, removing dang near everything; all interior plastic, rear seats and belts, headliner, carpet, and anything not essential in the engine or bolted to the car (you'd be surprised how much random useless crap is on cars). I maybe dropped a hundred or 150 lbs. made the car super loud, super hot in summer, super cold in winter.

You really wanna go fast, rip out everything, dash, radio, air fan, carpet, sunroof motors, rear seats, all plastic, and as much metal as possible. You'll be able to feel a difference, and improve mpg, but be warned! It'll be loud, hot, and cold as hell!
