Well, all these posts make me feel a little better about my miles. Just about to hit 7 months and I will hit 17k this weekend. Of course, hitting 17k will be on my way to my first auto-X. Can't wait!!!!!!!! Still a blast!

 

180 miles since I picked it up Tuesday. I took the VERY long way to the office today. Instead of the boring 13 mile freeway drive from Irvine to Huntington Beach, I took Irvine Center Drive the complete opposite way into Dana Point and then drove the coast all the way to the office - a 50 mile trek! I left at 4:30am to avoid traffic and to enjoy my favorite thing in the world - driving along the coast as the sun rises. I had the sunroof open, windows down, and The Clash on the CD player!

 

Picked up Roxy March 04, 2003. As of today she is almost at 46K miles (or all of her service visits +1, 1 windshield, 1 set of tires, 1 full set of brakes, 1 transmission & clutch, 1 seat, 1 steering wheel, multiple coats of Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax)....but I still wake up everyday and look out the window and get excited that there is a MINI in my driveway. I stare at her in the parking lot at work too.
