I bought the small cooper mugs and they suck, they are very poorly made.
So i found that Starbucks sells some little mugs and they fit great and are half the price of the mini mugs (only $9). great quality and you can slide a picture in the mug and customize it.

I have a new mug from Starbucks as well.. stainless steel one. It is the smaller one, skinny with flip up plastic lid and retails for about CAD$19. Don't buy the larger one - besides possibly giving you caffeine overdose it is way too tall.

I am not sure who manufactures their mugs but they are very decent quality kit. My old Starbucks mug is still in use at home (too fat for the MINI) and the vacuum sealing is still perfect after 15 years - unlike every other mug I have bought that eventually leaks and stops insulating.

New mug fits in my (R56) MINI although maybe 1/2" too tall as I knock it sometimes in 1st and 5th gears but I'll live.

 

Here's a top tip. Buy a can of monster! it is exactly the max proportions for your front cupholders. Just go to Target or your favorite retailer and compare the size to a mug you would like.

 

My favorite is the sugar free Monster... damn you now I have a craving for a caffeine fix.

 

I like the sugar free too! the rehab is pretty good. (ice tea plus caffeine drink). I meant to say I have the same mug as CRRikey but mine is a christmas edition from about two years ago. pretty nice cup for the price. I have a thermos too but i can't recall the model.

 

when I bought my 02 new off the lot, the goodie box I rec'd included a mug in response to the complaints that the cup holders stunk . . .

still have it - don't use it, hardly ever did
