R50/53 Would you let absolute strangers drive your car? What would

A complete stranger off the street, just coming up to me to randomly ask if he/she can "drive my car"? No. No no no no no. 1. I don't know that they'll bring it back if I don't go with them and 2. I don't know that I'll come back if I do. Paranoid? Perhaps. I don't honestly believe that all people are that shady, but I'm not willing to take that chance.
BUT
Anyone I know: a neighbor, friend, acquaintance, friend of a friend, and certainly dealer personnel... why not? It's a car. And as long as I can be pretty much assured that they'll return it in the same condition (barring freakish accidents) OR I know where/how to locate them just in case it isn't, I have no problems letting people play with my car.
