Maybe. I would have to do some research before I would actually bite the bullet and make that decision. But it is a possibility. And besides, it would be a blast doing the rebuild. Imagine how much you could learn about the car!

You can take the 13k, buy a better car than a Mini and still have money left to put away or do whatever with

PIcs of damage? I recently bought a cooper S to do my 6spd swap it was hit in the front but has a good rear clip on it. I might be interest in buying it from you as is, depending on the damaged areas.

Sold it here for $6,000. Didn't have the time and space for parting it out.

Bought an 06 with 10,500 miles - happy with my decision.
