This is the Nikko iRacer -- It is an IR (not radio) controlled toy that is the current craze in Japan. I got mine (with only Japanese instructions) on Ebay from PlaygroundMania in San Diego. As you can see at

Okay, just picked up two of the little buggers at Toys R Us. They had about five of the little MINIs and five of the little Smart cars. Paid 29.95 each. These are way cool. They hold up pretty good too. Survived a good munching by my daughters pit bull, thrown off the counter by my cat too! It's still running. :lol:
