Mr Teeny just got fitted with his winter footwear (although the snow has melted...lol)...they are Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's, 195/60-13. Should I leave the wheel covers as is or take them off and paint them white?

They look good in silver and will be easier to keep clean.
Also the stock silver finish will be more durable than if you painted them white.
Soon everything will be white and brown/grey so it will be all covered up anyway.

Paint the covers. It will go better with the rest of the CR/W setup.
