Uncertainty about the future of MCO, vendor names, club names, etc....

Pages upon pages of irate posts on MCO, MINI2, and other sites....

Hilarious proposals from BMW (OK, we'll let you use the MINI name if your site is called ILuvMyMINI.com)...

Hundreds of protest letters and emails to BMWNA...

Thousands of signatures on the electronic petition (what a great idea that was!)...

Now these are just memories.

At the time this all was going on I wanted to provide some support to Mark and MCO...this morning I just did it.

I made a $54 contribution to the cause. It's about a dollar a week for all the enjoyment I've had on MCO/NAM during 2003.

How'd I do it? I went to the NAM Store (top post in the MINI Talk forum) and started clicking on buttons until I broke $52. And now, in return, they're sending me a neat calendar, hat (the Black will look great with my DS/bl MCS), decal, and long-sleeve shirt! Wow--these guys are something!

If you appreciate NAM being there for you, I'd encourage you to join me and make your "contribution."

Me too. I'm grateful to have NAM as a resource for my MINI.

 

I third that. I need to think of even more stuff to buy.
