Where did you get such details?
My Mini was supposed to enter the Port of New Jersey last week, 9-24, based on info from the saleswoman. But the owner's page says nothing more than "en route" which sounds to me like it's still in the middle of the ocean meandering around under the hapless navigation of a drunken tar. How long does it take to sail a cargo ship across the Atlantic? My grandfather knew, but he died before I could ask him.
Now the saleswoman is on vacation and for all I know my tastefully appointed Mini has been briganded by Bulgarian pirates who at this very moment are using it to pick up teenaged Romanian girls in Carpathian slums.
My head is going to explode--méfier toi!

Hmmm...well your imagination is way too vivid for me...I don't have a clue as to what you're talking about. However, go to: http://213.31.205.37/GLWebApps.AppTracking
and click on auto and type in your VIN. It will give you info on your car such as when it was booked, arrived at dock, loaded and finally discharged. My MINI ship docks tomorrow and you can bet I'll be hounding my dealer from Wednesday on..."WHERE'S MY MINI!", I'll be asking until I'm blue in the face and they hurry the rest of the process along just to get rid of me. Owner's page is usually a week or so behind, depending on where your dealer is, they may already have the car!!! Go to that website and if it was discharged earlier in the week start nagging the dealer!!!

My Mini disembarked in NY Sept. 25, and happily found its way to Westchester MINI yesterday. I suppose it helps that the dealership is close to the VDC, but woo hoo I'll pick it up Saturday. I expect to take her to Mach 1 on I-684 on my way to work Monday--cops don't bother trying to slow down rush hour on that race track.

The cargo website is correct, sometimes the MINI site takes over a week to say en route.......the cargo site should give arrival time at terminal, and loading time of your car onto the ship...mine is on the Don Juan too, arrival slated for Oct 8th. I didnt realise you were in Europe, Miniac, maybe thats why it cant find your car. I will check into that later on and see if I can help you, if you dont already have an answer soon from someone else on here.
The owner's lounge on Miniusa is clueless. I expect it will be indicating that my car is "en route" for the next five years. En route! Quelle route? It'll soon be En Route 25 in Connecticut, improving the day of all who encounter it.
The cargo site mentioned above is the goods. If it says your car is on a boat that's where it is.

The Don Juan's call sign appears to be SGIX, and is dutifully making it's way across the Atlantic http://www.accuweather.com/adcbin/wi...&buoy=maps
Thanks Lizzy, cool link. My mini site also says awaiting transport, and so I only check it once a week now.....I also read on here somewhere that if you go to the tracking page for the ship and click on voyage it tells you that the Don Juan will be stopping in Nova Scotia on the 7th, then NY on the 9th then Baltimore on the 11th.....very cool
