Sorry to hear about bambi's demise. At least you are safe. I hope.
Several options:
Seek the estimate of a body shop to see if it can be restored to pristine shape.
You cannot easily install an MCS bonnet on an MC because the dimensions are not an exact fit.
Try to find out if there are any members or MC owners that have installed the Carbon Fiber bonnet and therefore have a (loose bonnet blowing in the wind so to speak) spare.
Take this opportunity to pick up your own CF bonnet for about $800-900 plus labor (you save some weight, too). Paint it your body color but leave CF unpainted bonnet stripes-pattern of your choice!

New hood is around $350.00. We bought 2 for the manufacture of the Carbon Fiber hood scoops. Be sure to check the box/hood BEFORE you leave the dealership. They have a tendancy to dent and bend in transit. We had to reject a couple of 'em.

yep i was fine, i have enough lights on my car so i had a chance to brake early.
Bent my lights and bent the front of my hood. very lucky. The light bar, the way it was insatalled ( attached the frame of the car ) ended up working like a brush guard on the front of pick ups. and just bounced bambi to the side of the road. with very little damage.
I was doing about 30-35 just coming of a sharp bend in the middle of mormon nowwhere. So all in all it could have been a lot worse.

BFP..the price you said $350 was that painted???
