I have my car sold and I am thinking about picking up a Mini. I ran across this one in the trader and it looks pretty good. Anything to look out for? Is the price decent?

It looks good from the 3 pictures that are there. If you go take a look at it, bring a camera. Get pictures of the interior and under the front of the car. Check for rust and take a look at the motor mounts on the left side of the motor, it can give you a good idea of how it was driven.

KBB says it's worth: $13,910
So it's possibly under priced. Depending on the condition. Take it for a drive and listen for and strange rattling.

After reading that article is seems that 2005 is the best year model to buy used. I found 1 or 2 in my budget but they have ugly wheels and not really my color choice. Would it be worth the sacrifice to have the 2005?

 

I like this one, kinda far but might be worth the trip.
