but ya know...

You should buy the highest octane you can find every fill

I have stock in several fuel companies

My PERSONAL definition of octane is: A certain mixture of hydrocarbons in fuel used in certain engines depending on how the manufacturer built it to run. Basically, if the manufacturer says run the car on 87, then run the car on 87. No benefit will be achieved by running a higher rating. With the price of gas these days, you'd be a fool not to run the recommended rating, especially if it's 87!!!
