..me too...I'm still waiting to hear back from BMW about the request to have my car Lemon Law'd due to this crappy situation, and I've got a whole slew of stuff waiting to go on the car, but don't want to invest too much time just to have to take it all off when they want to inspect the car....

I have all three issues, so that qualifies me for the club, but I think I'll pass on joining. It's too much like joining a club for having lepracy. :wink:

I'm looking for resolution soon for this issue. Whether that is through a fix for the issue or a replacement of my car, I don't know, but I'm tired of talking about it. I've ranted enough. It doesn't appear BMW/MINI are going to say anything more about the issue.

From here on, I'll be working diligently but quietly to get the issue resolved. BMW/MINI, keep an eye on your mailbox; I'll be in touch.
