help with center console wires

in this pic, im pretty sure i know what these are for. i have the 2 factory installed gauges for the voltage and oil temp.

the 2 circled in green are for the light bulbs for the 2 gauges. the 2 red and 2 browns are the power/ground for the 2 gauges. i believe the blue is for the oil temp since there is a 3rd prong on the oil gauge, its the wire under the car that is hooked to the oil plug, to read the temperature? am i right?

and in this pic, the red circled one is for the cig lighter in the center console. what is that green circled one?? its gray with a red stripe. ive had the console out for so long and now i just redid the carpet and dyed the console and im ready to reinstall, but i cant for the life of me remember what thats for.

Have you thought of asking in the Electrical forum?
