Service history needed

I bought this car used about six months ago, and been maintained this car DIY. Nothing wrong with the car but would like to have the service record on this Mini Cooper s. I have been to Crevier Mini, they told me the mini was service at the Beverly Hills Mini till 72k but they would only do it in person. I am wondering anyone out there able to pull the service record for my MCS?

I believe any MINI dealer can pull up the service record on their computer regardless of which MINI dealer serviced it. Example: I bought my used '05 MINI in Alabama. I took it in for service in Georgia; out of curiosity I asked about the service record. The car was bought new and serviced in California and they were able to tell me everything that had been done to the car. It sounds like they don't want to give the information out unless you are at a dealer, is that right?

Crevier Mini wanted $15 didn't want to give it to me even it was in person. As soon as crevier found out that the car was not service at their location, they said I have to go the original dealer where the car was serviced. Other Mini dealer said, "I need to have the original owner with me in order to get those information, because those are consider confidential information." I finally visit one of the mini dealer and they gave me the service record for free. So at the end I have to travel 3 different Mini dealers to get a print out.

What dealer ended up giving you the service info?

If you register your VIN on the MINI website, they will automatically display the service history in the online Owner's Lounge.

I just checked out my Mini on the Lounge. It looks like the Service Log is entered by the owner, not the dealers. Mine is missing 2 service dates.
