How do you do the following?

I want to change the dash panel and the door side panels to the patina look.. Right now its the Sidewalk edition dark anthracite.

lock the gas filler door? Is this possible?

Gas filler door should lock when car is locked.

I have a new 08 sidewalk and thanks for the tip on the gas door! Now I actually searched and found that it is a BEYOTCH to take the door rings off.. is this true?
