AC (warm on driver's side and cool on passenger's side)

Hello All,

I have an interesting issue with the air conditioner on my 2003 MCS. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. First of all it's never really been terribly strong (I think that's par for the course on these cars). The AC does cool the air, but only on the passenger's side. The driver's side vents are noticeably warmer. I've replaced the cabin filter and that helped with flow, but not the lack of cooling.

Any thoughts? Anyone with a similar issue that would like to share?

Thanks,
ED

Anyone have this issue? I've called the dealer to setup an appointment, but (as always) they are relatively slow to respond.

Thanks,
ED

This is weak!!!

I'm taking it the shop tomorrow and will report back (for those searching in the future).

50 views (a couple of PM's to specific users) and no responses. I guess I should of started the post with "which intake" or "which oil". A little sarcasm never hurt anyone!! LOL

Update

Got the car back from the shop. It was the expansion valve. $397 in parts and labor and all is cold again. :)
