seems we have gone astray of the mini topic...but., afterall, tanning and bodybuilding is what most people want to read about anyway...and they crave info from the pros ...anyhooo...glad to hear you work out as well...as for indoor tanning, i would suggest the nuclear*rage 2000 indoor tanner, its a slightly better tanner than the sunslammer model27B, the latter was famous for raccoon eyes, the NR2000 does away with that, and only requires you to change your house to a 200amp service., i try to spend at least 7 hours in the chamber a day., gives you a great base color, and allows time to ponder your upcoming workout and which protein shake to whip up for your PM snack...to address your bodybuilding regime(good word, thanks for the spelling tips)can you post a recent pic of your guns for us to admire and aspire too?one cant underestimate the power of a motivational pumped arm photo.

Zymol or Superglaze and Mobil 1

Wax Shop of California has some great products. Easy on/off without alot of muscle. They make a product called Superglaze. It can be applied in direct sunlight, and has proven to lower ET's on the drag strips. It will not harm black plastic parts either.

I also use Zymol from Germany, another great easy on/off, not as easy as Superglaze though.

For engine oil, I prefer Mobil 1 - 5w-30.

What about filters ? ? ? ? ? Anyone with thoughts on a good oil filter ???

you likely stopped drinking to regain a healthy and full lifestyle like myself..(and perhaps redline whose posts are an inspiration as well)..glad to hear you are 1 step closer to a full workout and tanning schedule....stay the course...i will post my insider tips here regularly to help you through this unfortunate drinking ordeal...one can only hope you have not fallen to the curses of tobacco as well. My suggestion for you to start is tomorrow morning, after 8 FULL hours of sleep, begin your day with 2 egg whites and some fresh assorted daily fruit....and if you feel up to it, at 10am , get outdoors to your favourite lounge chair and begin the sunning process.

mite I suggest an earley morning low impact workout like roller blading or a jog.I like to push my Mini around the block to get the heart rate up.Then a
Egg white omlete, and off to tanning .I hope for your health sake you head the good advice Max and Me have offered to you. Please quite smoking too.
With the money you save just think of all the Mini mods or gym stuff you can get.

BRAVO....BRAVO.....well said, and so heartfelt it almost brings a tear to my eye. Maskara tends to run though so I hold back the flow.

so glad you asked, I mainly keep the weights light and do many reps as the chicks (foxes) dig definition and not mass, plus the deep tan enhances the defined muscle tone of my guns. Also, i find the grunting noises of heavy lifters disgusting.By the way...i'll color you jealous right now but my new personal plate arrived from the dept of motor vehicles today...yep, its mine all mine... WORX OUT that just happened.deal with it.

I just spent 2 weeks detailing a local entrepeneur's stable of cars. They included a 2008 MB E63 AMG, '08 CLK63 AMG Black Edition, '94 MB 500E, '08 Corvette Z06, '06 Cayenne Turbo, '97 Porsche 993 Turbo, '97 BMW 750iL, and a '97 Viper Venom.
I used Blitz One Grand wax on all of them, and with the exception of the dust, the results are amazing.
This is a pure carnauba (yellow and white) wax, with no additives or "cleaners". Cleaner waxes, or Polish waxes, in my opinion, are like conditioner shampoos. You end up with a compromised product, that does it's job with mediocre results, when compared with separate treatments of cleaning and waxing.
The application and removal are the easiest I've found, and it works as well on European paint as American (or Japanese).
I fear I may have gone a little off-topic, but with the recent increased intake of alcohol and airplane glue, I think it's understandable.
Have a day.
