'04 MINI prices are now posted on their website

(I would redirect you, but their lawyers infer I cant because their site has MINI in the name).

Base price on the S is up $24.
Combo 1 and 2 climb $50 each.
Leather is now $50 more elegant.
Sunroof is $50 brighter if ordered indivdually.

There may be other increases I missed.

Any automaker increases prices from one model year to the next....that is pretty normal. That has nothing to do with covering expenses for litigations costs of any kind. Two unrelated matters I am afraid.

From 2002 to 2003 the prices went up $125 (Because of the inclusion of the second remote keyfob) and from 2003 to 2004 prices went up $24, which is a bargain. '04 Owners are getting a better value in comparison to '03 owners.

I guess the intended humorous sarcasm of the original post went unnoticed.

Especially when you consider that they're getting the rear outlet back which for some bizarre reason '03s will be the only Mini's not to have.

200mph,
Nice post.
Could be "additional cost of breathing air in a Cooper S"-$24. etc.

Yeah- this is not too bad considering they are all selling at or above MSRP- that makes a bigger difference than these small changes.

But don't they also get that uglier steering wheel, or has that not been finalized yet?

(Just trying to even things out here a little )
