i heard from a fellow M3 enthusiast that there's a delay at the NY/NJ VPC. talk about bad news. that makes my MI pretty high... more like a 8.9! :smile: 
crappy day plus crappy weather! great what a nice combination. ...
1) at what point is the MINI broken in? i guess mileage wise.
2) do i need a oil change before that 10,000 mark?
3) do i get those run-flat tires rotate like regulars?
4) is this enough questions for you?
okie... i think i'm done for right now.
got to hop in the shower after a hard workout to work off the frustration of being possibly delayed at the VPC.

If your car is coming into the NY port, go to this website the day your vessel is coming in:
http://www.firstnynj.com
Click Vessel Activity in the upper right hand corner
Then click on vessel search for that date and you can verify if your ship has landed.
Your car does not get to you quicker, but it is something useless that you can look forward to doing.

I got a call from the Hrach at Mini of Peabody saying that my car had arrived in New Jersey and that it would be a couple of weeks before it gets to MA.

I'm at 182 now too!
I went to the WW site, chose "Auto" and put in my VIN#. It came back "There is no tracking info available for the ID you entered." Am I doing something wrong? (I'd go back and read this whole thread to figure it out, but I'm supposed to be working.:smile:

Good morning, Novemberites!!
Bummer to hear about the J.M. getting delayed! It sucks, but I have to say that it doesn't alter my MII too much, being that I, too, have resolved myself that the day will NEVER COME when I see my new MINI. I'd place my MII anxiety level at a moderate 6.1
The weather is beautiful- a chilly 60 degrees in Houston!! WOWSERS! Of course it will be 90+ by mid-day, I'm sure. But here I am enjoying to cool sunshine and eating my homemade soy protein cranberry-orange muffins and thinking... WOW I WANT A MINI!! hehehehe
I hope everyone has a FAB Wednesday! And as Charlotte told Wilbur so many times, "CHIN UP!"... our day will come!!

countrym - Did you use your full VIN? It may take a day to show anything at all. Mine drew a blank yesterday morning and showed up when I checked after work.
And the latest on the Tosca is that is does not sail until the 25th. :smile:

Looks like the Jingu Maru is making two stops at the NJ port; and doesn't leave until Friday morning. Hopefully all of us JM-ites get off on the first stop 
Bonus round: I finally got my EDD - 10/24, sweet! For those that have already received your EDD, keep in mind it is most likely NOT accurate; expect to add a few days to your EDD.

I did use the whole VIN, with caps and everything. I guess the site just takes a while to catch up with reality. I'm probably just getting ahead of myself, due to the severely elevevated MII I've been suffering this week.
I hope we get to be shipmates too!

Hey I just saw the Otello on the Accuweather site http://wwwa.accuweather.com/adcbin/p...amp;btnwave=go.
It looks like it is about 1/3 of the way to its first stop in canada. I cant find any of the others though but after about 1 min my eyes go buggy so they may be there.
Oh to make the Otello easier to find, locate the word SYNOPTIC at the bottom right hand side ofthe map then look directly north. Its near the top.

I thought I was losing my sight. I mean I believe you and all, but I could not see the call letters for the life of me. If you want to download the picture that would be nice. How are you tracking through Accuweather?

Those of you on the Jingu Maru must be getting so excited. Your ship will be arriving any day now.

As mentioned previously, look north of the word SYNOPTIC. Specifically, about 1/3 from the top and directly above the letters NOP. Image is a little fuzzy.

Hey I do see it Cdconsor. Looks like there are quite a few party animals on that ship. I don't think the image is fuzzy, I think there is a lot of shaking going on.
