R50/53 Tranny, clutch, flywheel replaced under warranty?

Tranny, clutch, flywheel replaced under warranty?
I sat down and reviewed the service records in detail for the '05 MCS I just purchased.
Just recently, the transmission, clutch and flywheel were replaced under warranty. It says RFMD, which I assume is re manufactured.
The car must have had ~20k miles at the time. That seems excessively early to me.
In addition, the temp sensor, two oxygen sensors, and glove box latch have been replaced under warranty.
Do I have anything to worry about?
