You might not get many bites on your thread because of the title...people might think, as I did, that you want help tracking your Mini through production. Clearly you're past that step...:grin:

One option is to just do nothing to the car - take it to the track like it is.

Without special parts on the car, lots of the alingment parameters are not adjustable - at least not enough to get things "right".

You can adjust front toe without parts - I run zero toe up front. You'll want a little toe in in the back, which I think is the stock setting. If you haven't lowered the car, the rear camber will be fine stock.

You will want more negative camber up front, but that requires some fairly expensive parts. -1.5° or -2.0° works well for a street & track car, if you can get it.

If you don't have camber plates up front, just run what you have, unless you think your alignment might currently be a little out of whack.
