R50/53 Thank You Don Rosen Mini for The Italian Job
Don Rosen MINI sponsored a sneak peek showing of the Italian Job in the Philly burbs tonight..there must have been 100 or so MINIs in the parking lot..a sight to see...Thank you to Mark and all the other Motoring Advisors for the great show...and by the way..the MINI looked great in the movie
I actually didn't get invited to this. Not very happy about it either but it's water under the bridge right! I did get a chance to go to Otto's Dealership Event (the new dealer in West Chester, PA) and had a great time.
I passed about 7 or 8 of you guys as I was motoring South on Route 202 (and only one of you punks waved!). Glad you guys had a good time
Anyone have some pics?
PS: Otto's is now open for car sales and service (even though their show room is getting it's finishing touches).

My MINI (BLK YODA) turned 1 year old yesterday so it was great that Checkered Flag Mini here in Virginia Beach sponsored our viewing of The Italian Job. Fun leaving the dealership with about 50+ fellow owners, bystanders and traffic staring at all the cars, and then caravaning to the theatre. I enjoyed the cheers when the original Mini driven by Charlize Theron made its appearance. It kind of paid homage to the original movie star(s)the RWB Mini's!! When it becomes available on DVD I'll add it to my collection of car movies including a video tape of the original movie. See the movie with a bunch of MINI owners or motor heads...Let's Have Some Fun!
Last night in KOP was a blast. Wish we all had more time to walk the parking
lot and enjoy the various MINI's and chat. The movie was fun and thanks to Don Rosen and MINI for a great eveing. We should all get together again sometime, maybe take over the West River Dr. or Fairmount Park or Valley Forge Park.
Someplace with lots of parking.
Thanks again Don Rosen Mini

Thanks all at Don Rosen for putting on a fun event. It was awesome seeing all the MINIs in the lot. Sooo many different combos. Where are all the pictures? I know I saw cameras there. Also Mark, the lights on in the parking lot was a DS/BK mcs with a sunroof / 17" s-lites/tinted taillights and a helix sticker on the side. I hope you could get it started after the show!!
I agree.....a terrific event and a great flick. Seeing the line of Minis leaving the parking lot was a trip. I'm planning to hire Mark to 'MC' my next big party based on his performance last night. Did anyone actually stick the little black 'Italian Job' ball on their arial?
