Just got a sales bulletin, the MINI dealerships will be selling the Italian Job video game for PS2 and XBOX starting in July. You can get it at your parts dept.

Wonder if they also will carry the old version of the Italian Job on DVD, if it ever happens. Can't find it anywhere. Maybe after this newer edition they'll have it out.

I have the version for PC. Not bad, the sound bites between runs are good, the gameplay is so-so.

I've been looking for the DVD of the original Italian Job for months now. It's available in the UK, which won't play on US DVD players. Amazon still (last time I checked) has it as not yet released. Bastards. It was supposed to be released November last year! Bloody Paramount!

I bought my X-Box for the sole reason that I could drive a MINI Cooper S in Project Gotham Racing. Now we're gonna get a MINI specific game! That is so freakin awesome!

For those of you who don't want to drive to the dealer, the game is already available for pre-order for both the PS2 and XBOX at MINI Motoring Gear.

It will be $39.99.

There is a cool video preview on The Italian Job MINI Site. On the main city grid page, click on the blimp flying overhead.

 

YOu can drive a REAL MCS or COoper on GTA III for PC. YOu can download the MINIs from mini2.com.

The MINIs are completely detailed and look great!

 

THe Italian Job game has been listed for sale on the miniusa web site for several weeks now. It costs $39.95 although it states that it won't be available until July '03.
