Fontana ProSolo

I just wanted to see who's planning on attending and in what classes.

Anyone planning on showing up with an 05 MCS with LSD in GS? I should be there with mine - I can't be the only one....

OasisT 12-30-2004 09:23 PM

I am going to try to make it. Unfortunately its 1700 miles. My bro lives in Manhattan beach and I was born in Fontana back in 1971 so I'd love to make it back for this event. If you know of anyone searching for a co-drive, I'll bring my 16X6.5 SSR Comp H's and Hoosiers in my wheel/tire travel bags that I bought from Randy Chase at nationals this year. I guess supplying the rubber would be a good compensation if anyone wanted a co-drive. These tire bags are so freakin sweet, they also work as tire warmers like nothing I've ever seen!!!

Otherwise, I'll be attempting to get my Mini out there for the event.

Craig,
I sent you a PM. I'll be down there for the Pro & Tour. I'm only 385 miles from Fontana and 460 from San Diego.

I'm thinking about going down but not too pysched about running GS when we cannot find enough drivers for a full class......

JustGo4It_ 01-30-2005 04:41 PM

Stuart,
With you that make 4 of us, I'm sure there are more?

nygaard 01-30-2005 04:46 PM

And I know 1-2 more (2-3 including myself) that will be running from the NWR-SCCA in GS. That would make 5-6, which is enough for a class.

slangager 01-30-2005 06:28 PM

I'll be running HS so I will not add any numbers to GS unless HS cannot make a class......That's my concern.

JustGo4It_ 01-30-2005 06:52 PM

where is everybody staying?

Can someone post event information. I may try to come out to spectate.

Stuart, maybe it's time to come over to the dark side and get an "S"

I've driven the 2005 Cooper "S" and it's very tempting to jump ship.....I still really like the simplicity and style of my Cooper so I doubt it's going to happen this season, but you never know......
