On the number 8 car - anyone know what the little chrome circle is just to our left of the front license plate?

 

It's in the same location as the front tie down for the car while on a flatbed, so I'll hazard a guess and say it's a stronger connection for a tie down ring. You can see a glimpse of the original one on the first car just to the lower left of the license plate.

 

I'm thinking it's the rocket launcher tube.

 

Haven't got my car yet (N 35°48', W 54°36' as of about 45 minutes ago), so I'm not able to run out to the garage and see which of you guys is right.

But imagine how exciting it would be to run out there and discover a rocket launcher tube! (Hell, I would have settled for a 50 cal. machine gun! Take that, you f@#$&ing SUVs!)
