Not exactly fit the title of "keeping Portland Weird", as it happened in Bend, OR. A shocking road rage victim made national news is charged of being a road rage aggressor herself in another incident in the same city.

Most of these situations that escalate to involve police and arrests do so as a result of more than one aggressor. I'm not surprised by this.

It takes two to tango, usually. It's nworth it to antagonize other drivers or to let other drivers get you all riled up.
