Always dreaming and trying to find ways to go faster cheaper, I've come across some limited info on a motorcycle engine put into a lightweight car such as a Locost 7 (aka a Lotus Super 7 copy).

How does over 475 BHP per ton sound with a 0 to 60 of UNDER 4 SECONDS?

Not much info availble here in the states but plenty on UK websites. Interesting that SCCA's members mag "Sportscar" just dropped on my doorstep with articles about bike engines in the D & C sports roadracers. Evidently they are very reliable, powerfull and light.

Anyone seen info on this on this in the US?

Sound like a lot of fun.

) A Kawasaki ZX9-R(C). As stock from the bike at the moment - apart from the obvoius induction and exhausts mods to fit in the car.

So bascially a 4 wheel T-Rex. Wonder if they maybe could have gotten the ZX10R or the ZX12R engine in there. Why just the 9R? Still wouldn't mind having that as a secondary racer vehicle. Yee haw.
Cheers,
