1973 Ford Pinto (a POS, but it was better than walking or taking the bus)
1977 VW Rabbit (a bigger POS - bought new, it spent 94 days in the shop the first year. Soured me on VW's for life.)
1979 Chevy Camaro (a gas hog, sold it when gas hit 75¢ a gallon)
1981 Chevy Chevette (company provided - does this thing actually qualify as a 'car'?)
1981 Subaru GL Wagon (a grocery cart. started falling apart two hours after the warranty expired)
1982 Chevy Citation (company car - yawn...)
1980? Datsun 260Z (wife bought from previous boyfriend. drove like a truck and ate clutches (the car not boyfriend). never understood the attraction (to the car or boyfriend - LOL!))
1973 Dodge Club Cab Pickup w/ camper shell (a beater w/ dented front fender - get outta my way!)
1982 Volvo 242 Coupe (a fun car with trick suspension and other mods)
1985 Volvo 740GLE (Wife's car for 10 years)
1985 Mazda B2200 pickup (a great truck)
1986 Chevy C20 Cargo Van (used it for my business. still running strong in daily use in Arizona)

1947 Packard Custom Super Clipper (also a great original car. shows up in Mass. 15 years after I sold it in Calif.)
1935 Packard 1201 Coupe Roadster (best original car of this model, anywhere)
1937 Cadillac Series 75 Convertible Sedan (drives like a dream)
1952 Hudson Hornet (Remember Doc Hudson in 'Cars'?)

Yikes - that's a lotta vehicles. Too bad the DMV doesn't sell stock!

1967 Buick Skylark, str. 6 auto, hand me down from sister, brother, dad and Aunt Sue, 160k miles (dad bought it for $200)
1970 Buick Skylark, 350 v8, fast & gasaholic, needed something after '67 finally died, 120k miles (paid $300)
1967 GMC HandiVan, rock band roady, cool wheels but very beat, 130k miles($250)
1976 Subaru GL, green, front fender rusted so bad, dad & I invented a front strut brace out of an old bed frame to hold frontend together, should have patented it. only 80k miles put another 40k ($50)
1975 Subaru GL, bad frame good engine to replace blown engine in '76
1978 Subaru wagon, 4wd, 120k miles piece of junk, ($150)
1978 Subaru Brat, cool car, 90k miles ($400) sold to my sister
1979 Subaru GL, painted primer black, jacked up rear, short shifter(hacksawed & rethreaded for "t" shifter) ($200)
10 other Subies for misc. parts for above Subies and others owned by family
1982 Toyota Supra, bought from an actual used car dealer after first real job. ($8000)
1978 Fiat 131, 180k miles bought from friend due to supra engine damage and I needed something to get back to college ($100, he just put on new tires) that car was a blast for college and it would not die.
1977 Jeep CJ-5, great jeep, bad on the back, college grad. gift Dad paid $1200
1990 New VW Fox, first brand new car, just married, family sedan, great little car, ($9000)
1979 Triumph Spitfire, fun but always broken, 70k miles ($1000)
1982 Toyota Corolla, the guy had every record including every gas fill-up. ($700)
1984 Toyota Tercel 4wd wagon, need a winter beater when a woman totaled the '82 corolla, 160k miles ($150)
1996 Saturn SL, new ($12000), first son born
1996 New Jeep Cherokee, 5 sp. 4wd ($12,500)
1982 Madza RX-7 from original owner, first autocross, great car ($3000)
1999 New VW Passat wagon, anti-minivan, 5 sp. 1.8 turbo (still have) second son born ($21000)
2001 New Honda Odyssey minivan, (Traded in the RX-7, couldn't fit boys in it), third son born ($23,500) (still have)
2005 Mini Cooper, red & white, 5 sp., mirror caps, white holies, 205/55-15 RE-750 tires, custom driving light bar, shift light, 3 sets of 5 point racing belts across back seat for the boys. Still have, but covered and tucked away in the corner of the garage for the winter and missing it, bad! Best car ever!

Married a cool chick who loves to drive a stick. The boys(8, 6-1/2 & 5) feel a little crowded in the Mini, oldest wants the Passat when he can drive. That's OK by me.
