What movie was that clip from? It looks like they just told Hitler that the allies had reached Berlin and he wanted to yell at the generals who were commanding the armies that failed.

It's from Der Untergang - "The Downfall"

Great timing on the sub-titles - probably the best parody I've seen in years!
