Von Stiehl Winey Tour!
 

Hello N.E.W. MINIs,


On Saturday August 10, you are invited to join us for a fun day drive up to the Von Stiehl Winery in Algoma. This adventure promises entertainment for all ages young and still young at heart. We will be taking country roads to get to our destination to better embrace what makes this part of Wisconsin such a unique area. Nestled along the Lake Michigan shore line, this old town is rich in trading, shipping, and fishing history. The Von Stiehl Winery shares a part in that rich history by being Wisconsin's oldest winery. Established in 1967, Von Stiehl Winery made the stable of what Door County wine should taste like. They have also started up other wineries in Door County such as Harbor Ridge Winery; which the MINI club visited back in February of this year.


We will depart for our drive from MINI of the Fox Valley at 9:30am sharp. From there we will make our way to the winery. While at the Von Stiehl Winery there will be a chance for a small tour, tasting of the wine, and of course a chance to purchase that favorite wine you have just tasted. Afterwards the club will make a stop for lunch in Alogma. Once our pallets are satisfied, we will start our trek back to the Appleton area.

Club drive info update!
 

Yes! To our friends North of the Appleton area, the club will be driving through De Pere on our way to the Winery. We are looking to make a Quick stop at the Great Harvest Bread Co. on 802 George Street, De Pere, WI 54115. Depending on traffic we are hoping to be there around 10:20-10:35am.*****(Remember these times are only an estimate of when we will arrive. Also were are not stopping to eat there, only just to use it as a pick up point and go on from there. So be there early to make sure you don't miss us:nod::lol::wink:)*****
