Aftermarket In-Dash Navigation

I'm a new Ministers owner. I bought a 2015 Mini base, automatic with the premium package. I'm deciding on getting an aftermarket in dash navigation. Best Buy said they do it all the time for Minis, but I haven't seen anyone with it done.

Apparently, wiring has to be done and also something extra if the car has noise cancellation. Best Buy said I would still have all the functions of the car that I have now. Has anyone had this done?
